I offer individual and group therapy using a blend of methods and techniques from various therapeutic approaches. The treatment goals and interventions are tailored to each client’s specific needs and objectives. Central to my practice is the theme of connection—helping clients build meaningful connections with themselves, others, the world, and the divine. This holistic approach supports profound healing and personal growth, addressing the full spectrum of human experience.
My primary therapeutic modalities include:
• EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
• IFS (Internal Family Systems)
• KAP (Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy)
I am passionate about working with individuals who have experienced past or recent trauma, as well as the associated challenges such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addiction, and dissociation. I particularly enjoy working with highly sensitive persons (HSPs), empaths, healers, and fellow therapists. I prefer a holistic approach and work with my clients to address all aspects of the self—mind, body, and spirit.
Every individual’s journey is unique, and the integration of EMDR and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is tailored to meet each person’s specific needs and therapeutic goals. While ketamine can enhance the therapeutic process, it is not always a necessary component for every client. I do not offer ketamine as a standalone treatment; rather, it is integrated into a broader therapeutic treatment plan where its use is carefully considered and personalized. Our goal is to provide a holistic approach to mental health care, ensuring that each client receives the most appropriate and effective combination of therapies for their unique situation. This combination allows for a holistic exploration of the psyche, addressing both past traumas and the current internal landscape. By integrating EMDR, KAP, and IFS, I offer a comprehensive and nuanced approach to healing, helping patients achieve lasting relief and personal growth.
EMDR is a well-established, evidence-based therapy that helps individuals process and resolve traumatic memories and negative thought patterns. Through guided eye movements and focused attention, clients can access and reprocess distressing memories in a safe and controlled environment. This process often leads to a significant reduction in the emotional intensity of these memories, allowing for healing and the integration of more adaptive perspectives.
Ketamine, a dissociative anesthetic, has been gaining recognition for its rapid-acting antidepressant properties and its ability to facilitate profound psychological insights. Beyond its immediate effects, ketamine can prepare the brain for change by enhancing neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections. This increased neuroplasticity can make it easier for individuals to adopt new ways of thinking and feeling, breaking free from old patterns that may have been holding them back. In a therapeutic setting, ketamine helps patients access deeply rooted emotions and unconscious material, making it easier to engage in therapeutic work. The altered state of consciousness induced by ketamine provides a unique opportunity for patients to gain new perspectives on their experiences and challenges, which can be pivotal in the healing process.
I offer a powerful therapeutic approach by combining EMDR, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This combination leverages the unique strengths of each modality to enhance the healing process for individuals facing trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. Ketamine facilitates neuroplasticity, making clients more receptive to the reprocessing of traumatic memories through EMDR. Its calming effects also create a supportive environment for engaging in deeper therapeutic work. Together with IFS, this approach allows for a comprehensive exploration of both past traumas and the present internal landscape, fostering lasting relief and personal growth.
